Swimming with an Ocean Sunfish

The encounter took place on Sunday, August 26th, off Rockport, MA.
They look like they’re freezing and having fun at the same time, don’t they?

We love diving at our favorite dive sites in Rockport MA. We had the good fortune to be joined by a Giant Sunfish, at least 8 ft. long last weekend (October 21st).
We were in about 35 feet of water when we noticed a dark shadow over head… The friendly giant circled us three times, then continued on it’s way. See photo here http://web.mac.com/altaun/iWeb/Site%203/Welcome.html
