Although it was sunny and hot looking like a perfect beach day. The ocean had other ideas. The officials closed Salisbury state beach on sunday due to the rip currents (a wicked undertow) and humongous waves. Monday morning the beach was littered with about 100 trampled lobster traps. I would say this was not good scuba diving conditions. It was a good choice NOT to go out on sunday. Although it was sunny and hot looking like a perfect beach day. The ocean had other ideas.
